Christian Care Home Health Services are available to Seniors aged 65 or older who have been recently diagnosed with a new illness or had a change in medication or medical condition. The best news – these services are provided in their own home! Our staff will bring skilled care at home while teaching you how to live more independently so you can stay in your home. We can help you manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD or arthritis. Our skilled nursing staff is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to work with you and your healthcare team to provide personalized health services such as:
