Welcome to Christian Care Manor IV HUD Subsidized Housing.

Christian Care Manor IV is one of the first HUD properties in the Southwest to participate in a new program which provides assisted living services to qualified residents without having to leave their home. A person needing Assisted Living Services is moved to the head of the wait list. Under the Assisted Living Program residents will receive the following services: Three meals per day, Weekly housekeeping, Medication monitoring, Escort to/from Dining Room, Planned activities, Bathing/Shower assistance, Laundry service, Social events.

 

Christian Care Manor IV is a not-for-profit organization sponsored by the Christian Churches of Arizona. We offer affordable housing to low-income persons who are 62 years or older. Manor IV is a subsidized by the Department Housing and Urban Development. Rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income. Utilities are included. Legal residency is required. Manor IV has a comfortable community room, lounge and lobby. We also have a library and large clean laundry room. In 2009 9,000sq feet were added to include an on site Dining room, rehab room, therapy, conference rooms, and computers available to residents.
